Job Description

• Using search techniques to attract talent.
• Writing ads and job descriptions for Technical and IT positions
• Networking with candidates
• Pre-screening and interviewing candidates.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualification
• Experience using latest search methodologies to attract talent
• Experience doing Boolean searches on social media and other recruitment platforms
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent networking and relationship management skills
