Job Description:

• Work closely with local business teams to understand business objectives and IT requirements
• Develop strong relationships with business partners and other external parties
• Act as a liaison between Corporate IT and different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services
• Dive deep into local IT operations and have a profound understanding of their environments
• Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure business objectives are accomplished
• Partner with other teams to initiate and execute strategic improvement initiatives to drive organizational change management
