Job Description: Work closely with local business teams to understand business objectives and IT requirements Develop strong relationships with business partners and other external parties Act as a liaison between Corporate IT and different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services Dive deep into local IT operations and have a profound understanding of their environments Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure business objectives are accomplished Partner with other teams to initiate and execute strategic improvement initiatives to drive organizational change management
