Job Description
Job Duties
- Design, implement, and support end-to-end on-premises IT infrastructure (network, systems, and cloud environments)
- Implement, operate, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, NAC, load balancers, wired/wireless networks).
- Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, and storage systems.
- Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams).
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex infrastructure issues.
- Implement security controls including segmentation, hardening, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Manage monitoring platforms (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Nagios) including performance tuning and alert optimisation.
- Support ITSM processes (incident, problem, change) and participate in on-call operations
