* Completed training or studies with a focus on IT or business administration* At least 7 years of experience in IT outsourcing service management, customer success or account management, ideally in an IT/cloud environment* Profound knowledge of cloud and managed services (e.g. Azure, Microsoft 365, security, hybrid cloud, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)* Experience in strategic customer development (farming, upselling, renewal management)* Growth-oriented mindset and active search for opportunities and potential* Distinctive communication and consulting skills with a clear focus on customer benefits* Ability to establish and sustainably develop stable and trusting relationships* Resilience, openness, and tenacity to drive change* Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as willingness to travel
