Senior Invoice to Cash Analyst will play a key role within Front Office team, reporting directly to Associate Manager. The person in this position is responsible for performing all Invoice to Cash activities assigned to the cluster and act as main point of contact for local teams. This requires strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage time and tasks in a smart way. Senior Invoice to Cash Analyst is required to provide support and coach other more junior team members.

**What you will do**

+ Manage collections and dispute resolution by contacting customers, following collection strategies, and ensuring timely payments.
+ Reconcile customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Back Office to process payments and clearings in ERP.
