- Excellent conceptual, creative design skill and trend setting vision
- Highly motivated with inspiring leadership qualities and collaborative disposition
- Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments
- Strong conceptual design and design development skills
- Develop and implement overall design concepts and finish palettes through all phase of design
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skill; effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse team of designers
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior design including workplace design strategy and best practices, space planning, programming, color and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages
