Position Description

Senior Instructor – Military Training Summary:

Location: Ghana, West Africa

  • The Senior Instructor is responsible for curriculum development, training, and mentorship implementation.
  • The Senior Instructor will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the training projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks.
  • The Senior Instructor will be based in West Africa and will be required to travel to remote sites throughout the region.
  • The Senior Trainer shall report to the Project Manager and serve as the Contractor’s lead on curriculum development and training implementation.
  • Senior Trainer(s) should possess relevant subject matter expertise to instruct Technicians on one/multiple topics including:
