Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer – IT Systems & Microsoft 365 for a contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply hands-on technical expertise in IT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, and infrastructure initiatives while supporting meaningful work for one of our client partners. The position is primarily remote (approximately 90%), with periodic onsite work in Southern Wisconsin required to support physical infrastructure and security initiatives.

IT Operations & Support

Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support across endpoints, collaboration tools, and core SaaS platforms

Manage device lifecycle activities, including workstation replacements and operating system updates

Support and enhance telephony, conferencing, and collaboration technologies
