About the Role

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will efficiently coordinate and implement repairs and perform equipment and facility maintenance in a cost-effective manner.


What You’ll Do
+ Daily inspection and repair of all conveyor systems and equipment
+ Routine inspection, preventative maintenance and maintenance of air compressors, compactors, bailers, cardboard conveyors and power and material handling equipment
+ Perform inspection and repair of fire protection equipment
+ Parts administration
+ Meet with department supervisor and/or manager to anticipate and plan for future preventive maintenance
+ Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to address mechanical opportunities while ensuring optimum processing productivity
+ Provide back-up for department Assistant Manager and/or Manager when absent
