**Description**

Leidos is seeking a **Senior ICS/SCADA & Industrial Controls Engineer** to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This role focuses on understanding commercial and heavy industrial facilities, as well as the interoperability of systems managed through Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).

The ideal candidate will bring a creative yet disciplined approach to identifying and solving complex challenges involving interconnected industrial and facility systems. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and engineering skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality technical assessments.

As a member of an interdisciplinary team of government and contractor personnel, you will conduct strategic and critical facility analysis with a focus on industrial control systems. Work is performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a government SCIF facility.
