**Description**

Leidos is seeking a **Senior IBM Maximo Developer** with deep experience in **IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9** and **Field Service Management (FSM) / Maximo Mobile** to support our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) electric utility operations.

This role will lead architecture, configuration, and optimization of MAS 9 Manage and Mobile solutions that enable safe, reliable, and efficient field execution across substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks. The ideal candidate understands utility grid operations and can design scalable mobile-first solutions that support real-time field data capture, outage response, inspections, and compliance workflows.
