Fortress Cooling & Heating LLC is a newly formed, well-capitalized HVAC company launching in Maricopa County. We are looking for one exceptional Senior Service Technician - the kind of operator who has built a real career in this trade, knows their value, and is ready to be paid like it.

This is not a typical service tech role. We are paying a premium because we expect a premium. The right person is a true craftsman who can diagnose anything, executes flawless service work, sells with integrity, supports installations when needed, and understands that revenue and customer experience are not in conflict - they're the same thing done well.
