Position Information

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst to independently perform specialized administrative and analytical duties and provides timely and effective general advice across Shared Services as it pertains to the usage of various technology systems.

Coordinates and supports the system design and testing of newly implemented functionality, including delivered and CSU customizations, to ensure alignment with Shared Services requirements and defined quality expectations. Applies project management best practices by collaborating with project team members to prepare meeting agendas and materials, documenting discussion outcomes and key working decisions, and ensuring that follow-up actions are clearly assigned and completed.
