Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager with Aramark Correctional Services is responsible for leading a team of HR professional employees in a service center/HR shared-services model. This position leads all aspects of service delivery and provides information, mentorship, and direction to the team.
This position reports directly to the Regional Human Resources Director, and will work with the Director to ensure work is performed in accordance with operational guidelines. This role is remote with 30%-50% travel to client locations. 

This position requires the employee to reside in the state of Missouri.
