Our Corporate Human Resources team is currently looking to add a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to our growing team, based out of our head office in Edmonton, AB.

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, we are seeking an experienced and strategically minded HR professional to serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner embedded within the business. This position translates business goals into people strategies, supports leaders in building high-performing and engaged teams, and provides HR solutions that directly enable project and business outcomes. The successful candidate is hands-on, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and structure is often evolving.
