Job Description
Senior HR Analyst to provide HR Business Partner support, with primary focus on leave administration (FMLA/state) and full-cycle talent acquisition. Partners closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced, public-sector environment to support recruiting, compliance, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
ββ’ Manage and advise on FMLA, state leave, and accommodations
ββ’ Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
ββ’ Partner with hiring managers across multiple lines of business
ββ’ Develop sourcing strategies and grow diverse candidate pipelines
ββ’ Ensure compliance with Title VII, ADA, and non-discrimination laws
ββ’ Coordinate screenings, interviews, testing; train interview panels
ββ’ Develop recruitment materials and merit-based selection tools
ββ’ Drive HR process improvements, metrics, and training
