What the Role Is
As a Senior Human Resource (HR) Executive/ Manager, Operations Development within the Recruitment Centre of the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving business innovation by contributing to process re‑engineering and digitalisation initiatives to streamline operations and deliver excellence in recruitment outcomes.
What You Will Be Working On- Process Review and Customisation: Collaborate with process or product owners to assess existing workflows, adopt relevant initiatives, and tailor solutions to meet specific operational requirements.
