Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local, legal and international HSE standards, rules and regulations, and implement HSE Management system; ensure polices regarding HSE are regularly communicated clearly to all employees; implement HSE disciplinary procedures, when required.
- Carry out regular daily inspection within sites and monitor high risk activities; ensure full compliance.
- Ensure risk assessments and permits to work system are implemented and followed by operatives.
- Implement safety controls required to comply with local, legal and client’s requirements.
- Conduct project HSE induction training and monthly HSE training to all new workers, including subcontractors.
- Provide and implement project monthly HSE training schedules, including to subcontractors.
- Provide job specific trainings to project workforce according to risk assessments.
