We are looking for a hands‑on Sr. HRBP/HR Manager to support our growing business across Europe and Israel . This is an individual contributor role , reporting to the Sr. HR Manager and responsible for implementing HR priorities and initiatives across the regions.

While the role spans the full HR lifecycle, it combines business partnership with operational delivery, ensuring that global frameworks are effectively translated into local practices and aligned with business needs.

The role will collaborate closely with global HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and act as a key HR partner for managers and employees across the regions, contributing to both day‑to‑day topics and the broader organizational objectives. This position will be based onsite and may be located in either Valencia or Madrid , Spain. You will be required to travel approximately 25% of the time.
