Job Description

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a trusted Subject Matter Expert within the Global HR Technology & Analytics organization, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms and ServiceNow HR Case. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Teams, HR Operations, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric technology solutions that improve HR service delivery and drive measurable business value.

This individual brings deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes, translates business needs into well-governed technology solutions, and plays a hands-on role in building functional requirements, testing, and continuous improvement.
