Job Description
Drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to meet the hiring needs; deliver successful talent acquisition solutions across the regions to achieve lower cost of hire, quality of hire and speed of hire
Accountable for the full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition process for assigned positions (including screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management, etc) and deliver first-class TA experience
Develop and coordinate Training & Development activities aligned with business priorities, while monitoring organizational and individual learning needs
