HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Apartments / FMS Industry)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Residential Apartment and Facility Management positions.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
  
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
  
• Recruit candidates for positions such as Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Helpdesk Executive, Housekeeping Staff, Security Personnel, Technicians, and other site-level roles.
  
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-up.
  
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and candidate joining formalities.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
