You will transform workforce, financial, and organizational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Acting as a strategic partner to HRBPs and business leaders, you will connect people data (HC, ERC, skills, performance) with financial outcomes and business strategy to optimize workforce planning, cost efficiency, and organizational performance.
