Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager will lead the overall Human Resources function, overseeing HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, employee relations, and labour cost control. This position will act as a strategic HR business partner to management, ensuring all HR practices comply with Malaysian employment regulations while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Johorβs labour market, workforce characteristics, and employment practices. Candidates who are based in Johor or familiar with the local employment environment will be highly preferred.
