The position focuses on driving operational excellence in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, foreign worker management, and shop floor hiring.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDEL&OD Management:

Execute site annual training roadmap based on organizational needs and competency gap analysis.

Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors, develop internal training capabilities for knowledge sharing.

Track training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms.
