The Senior HR Executive will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions ensuring alignment with organizational goals, legal compliance and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Develop, implement and maintain HR strategies, policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and local labor laws.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE GCC labor regulations and company standards.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, selection and hiring.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, appointment letters and employee handbooks.
• Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
