**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in Singapore. The role provides HR advisory services, working with other HRBPs to deliver value-added client focus and service across Asia-Pacific. Reporting to Human Resources Manager, and working with Lead HRBPs to deliver value-added client focus and service across Asia-Pacific.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning agendas to identify opportunities for process improvements within Human Resource Business Partner functional area;
+ Identify and support implementation of human capital strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals;
