Department

EDF Trading's Human Resources team are based in London and Houston and provide a full range of HR support to all the Company’s offices.

Position purpose

The Senior HRBP serves as a strategic advisor to the trading desks and leadership. You will align the people strategy with commercial objectives in a volatile market.

Main responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to Senior Traders and Heads of Desk, providing data-driven insights to influence business decisions, workforce planning, and organizational design.
