At Outokumpu, we believe that strong performance starts with people. We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Helsinki Headquarters and support our global functions in doing their best work—every day.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees across key corporate functions. You will combine practical, hands-on HR work with a broader understanding of how people and business goals connect. Working closely with Strategic HRBPs and HR Delivery teams, you will help ensure that our local practices are aligned, consistent, and supportive of our global direction.

You will also play an important role in maintaining a fair, well-functioning, and respectful work environment at our Helsinki HQ.
