The Multi-Channel Commerce & Fulfillment (MCCF) PXT team is seeking an exceptional Principal Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to senior leadership within the MCCF business. In this role, you will be the primary HRBP for senior leaders (VPs and Directors), aligning critical people initiatives with broader business objectives. Leveraging your exceptional communication, influence, and data analytics skills, you will help inform and shape the organizational capabilities needed to drive success.

As an experienced HR professional, you must demonstrate the ability to thoroughly diagnose complex issues, recognize patterns, and recommend both immediate and long-term programmatic solutions.
