Scotiabank’s Global Technology Services (GTS) Service Assets & Configuration Management department is responsible for the management of the Bank’s hardware IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to retirement. We are also responsible for the creation of standard IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and oversight for adherence to the processes from our global partners.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in the management of the Bank’s hardware IT assets. This role is primarily focused on hardware currency which includes maintaining the hardware model database, ensuring models records are complete, accurate and normalized.
