Role Overview

The Senior Geologist Supervisor provides senior technical leadership and project management oversight for geology-driven programs that support resource development, geological modeling, and Life-of-Asset (LOA) planning at Highland Valley Copper.

The role is accountable for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale diamond and reverse circulation (RC) drilling programs, and for the integration of high-quality geological data into resource and geoscience models that underpin mine planning, production optimization, and long-term asset value, while ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.
