About the Role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, creatively ambitious, and operationally excellent Senior Gaming Commercial Manager to lead the development of casino‑led campaigns that make a splash in the market and grow our share through bold, unique, and performance‑driven propositions.

As part of the LeoVegas UK team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of standout campaigns that showcase the best of our casino product and deliver clear commercial impact. Your role will be to create campaigns that are as creatively exciting as they are strategically sound.

With a 3 to 12‑month planning horizon, you will lead a cross‑functional campaign development process in collaboration with Casino Product, CRM, Commercial Marketing, Media and Creative. You will shape a roadmap of casino propositions that cut through the noise, attract new players, drive engagement, and support long‑term growth of our casino business.
