Senior Full Stack Project Lead, Hybrid

The Senior Full Stack Project Lead role sits at the center of a rebuild.  It involves leading a globally distributed developer organization while actively redesigning, implementing, and continuously improving the companies’ next generation technology.  Example work includes launching next-generation shipping platform globally, redesigning ERP and Data Warehouse architecture for optimized latency in the face of significant user growth and making pragmatic decisions about where AI meaningfully improves development and operations.  This is not a maintenance role.  The mandate is to build the next generation while keeping the current business running.  We are looking for someone who has led engineering teams across regions, understands the realities of operating globally, and brings deep experience with commercial platforms, ERP systems and underlying data infrastructure.
