The Senior Fraud Investigator will oversee daily operations of the Fraud Operations Department, drive risk mitigation, and ensure a balance between loss reduction, regulatory compliance and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and Operational Support
  • Analyze and investigate fraud cases and alerts, contacting clients and reviewing information to meet SLA, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor fraud data, identify emerging patterns and schemes affecting banking and investment products.
  • Ensure accurate, complete and consistent data in tracking systems to support analysis and reporting.
  • Provide first‑level support for client escalations related to fraud cases.
