• Hands‑on Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive) model ownership – must have built and managed models, not just used the tool
• SaaS topline FP&A with direct experience in ARR, pipeline forecasting, and AOP – not general finance or BI
• NetSuite ERP financial data and reporting

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain detailed topline financial models covering ARR, revenue, billings, and gross margin
• Support annual operating plans, quarterly rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning cycles
• Run monthly business performance analysis and outlook reviews
• Develop scenario models for pricing changes, new products, and go‑to‑market initiatives
• Drive quarter‑end forecasting cadence in partnership with Deal Desk, Order Management, and Product Ops
