- Welcome customers and understand their needs clearly
- Provide expert advice on flower selection, design styles, and color themes
- Handle custom event orders with accuracy and clear documentation
- Process sales, coordinate deliveries, and manage follow ups
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
