Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end reporting processes
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure IFRS and tax compliance across the property portfolio
Oversee VAT, income tax, and statutory reporting requirements
Manage cash flow reporting and financial controls
Support audits and liaise with external auditors
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions

Skills & Requirements:
BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours advantageous)
Completed SAIPA, SAICA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification advantageous
5+ years' experience in accounting, including senior-level responsibilities
Property industry experience highly advantageous
