Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded surety team within a leading national firm. Acting for global insurance clients, the team advises on high‑value guarantee and on‑demand bond facilities across both domestic and international matters. You will work on a broad range of transactional finance matters including facility agreements, recourse structures, guarantee and bond documentation, security arrangements, intercreditor agreements and risk participation structures. The role also offers exposure to related advisory work, including supporting clients in distressed scenarios and in relation to claims arising from guarantees and bonds.
