The Senior Finance Program/Project Manager leads complex, cross‑functional Finance transformation initiatives that modernize Finance processes, systems, and ways of working. This role is accountable for driving end‑to‑end program delivery and for process‑driven initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, scalability and adoption. The ideal candidate brings strong program and project management discipline, a transformation mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with Finance leadership, IT, and functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly complex environment.
