Drive a data driven decision making framework, maximize cost efficiency, and ensure controllable risk. By establishing a unified financial analysis framework, enable the business to “make decisions based on data and improve efficiency through processes.” Serve as the “expert hub” within the corporate finance governance structure, raising overall financial transparency and compliance.
