WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Facility Manager, you enable and secure the operations of our multi-brand store portfolio by providing high-quality facility management services. Acting as an internal service provider and informal leader, you ensure that all sites meet operational, cost, and quality requirements while supporting long-term business growth.

You will:

  • Monitor your site portfolio, identify investment needs, and optimize asset lifetime and life cycle.
  • Maintain facility plans, balancing scheduled and reactive work.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and quality performance, proposing solutions in line with evolving business needs.
  • Oversee service delivery and projects, sourcing and managing suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Provide operational input for new stores and rebuilds.
  • Ensure health & safety standards and deliver timely, high-quality service to all brands and sites.
