Job Description
Overview Manage deduction and invoice claim processing end-to-end within SAP TPM Assist with promotional event enrollments and claim approvals Validate claims against approved trade agreements, promotional events, and pricing terms Ensure customer contract legends are current and accurate to support Trade Promotion Analysts
The Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing deduction and invoice claims within SAP TPM, supporting promotional claim approvals, and ensuring strong financial controls across trade promotions. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Finance, Trade Promotion Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate claim processing, compliance with trade agreements, and timely resolution of exceptions. The position also plays a key role in improving efficiency through reporting automation and advanced analytics
