General Responsibilities

• Carry out routine supply chain daily tasks and follow up with internal/external teams to ensure continuous supplies to outlets.
• Prepare and coordinate Supply Chain KPI and reporting or analysis.
• Manage and review master data parameters in SAP such as ordering lead time, ordering method, source list, Min Max, etc.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new, refit, relocation, close store, and set up in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve operations, define order frequency, picking line, UOM factor, delivery method, etc.
• Monitor and implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock holding and minimize out-of-stock.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to continuously improve performance.
