Job Description
We invite applications for the position of Senior Executive. The Senior Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Master of Science (coursework) academic and program management tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of academic programs and student success.
Key responsibilities:
Handling dissertation-related workflows, including calls for proposals, dissertation allocation, submission tracking and examination management.
Support student-related activities such as registration, orientation and attending to programme/candidature-related enquiries.
Managing program administration across the student lifecycle, covering processes such as leave of absence, withdrawal, dismissal, appeals, academic offenses, and fee waivers.
Facilitating the processing of financial aid applications, including scholarships, awards, study grants, and travel grants.
