We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Research & Partnerships to join the School's growing central administration team. This role provides key administrative, operational and engagement support, contributing directly to the School's mission of advancing research excellence and strengthening global partnerships.
You will work closely with faculty members, research staff and institutional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and effective implementation of research-related central administrative functions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Manpower Administration Serve as Superuser for RISE as Unit Manpower Officer (UMO), supporting end-to-end research hiring, contract renewals and transfers for Division Principal Investigators (PIs).
Advise PIs on RISE processes and provide hands-on troubleshooting support.
Handle researcher manpower cost matters, including tracking and analysis.
