  • Manage marketing campaigns (new to bank customer and existing to bank customers with cross-selling, top ups etc),
  • Manage product development, product management and portfolio management in achieving business objectives and goals.
  • Develop high yield products that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank’s compliance requirements.
  • Manage and Implementation of new fees and/or looking at various avenues to increase the fee income that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank’s compliance requirements.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on any responses/feedback which is mortgage related and required by ABM and BNM within stipulated timeline given.
  • Manage valuers and solicitors evaluation and empanelment.
