YOUR MISSION

The primary role of this position requires the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce business. This role requires a data-driven mindset, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

• Task 1: Sales Management – Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.
• Task 2: Communication and Collaboration – Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day to day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.
