Senior HR Executive
Job Purpose To support and drive end-to-end recruitment and HR operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition, work pass processing, employment contracts, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder management across entities. The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employee documentation, HR compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions. Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and direct sourcing channels.
